Can one spouse keep the house?

What if the house has problems?
Repairs, HOA issues and insurance problems are common in these sales. Tamila has sold homes with all three at once.
Do you give legal advice?
No. Decisions about dividing property belong with your attorneys. Tamila handles the real estate and the financing side and works alongside them.
